Forgot shoes....

So we went to Swedish School on the weekend only to get there and noticing something missing on James' feet...

Where are your shoes James?

I dunno.

What do you mean you don't know. Put them on please.

I forgot them.

At home.

You did what? Are you telling me that one of the school's teachers' son will walk around the street, school grounds, classroom and Swedish Church barefoot?

Guess so.

(Hysterical laugh attack from me)

Well what can you do but laugh! A bit embarrassing but hey, it could actually have been myself. This darling son of mine has his head in the clouds...

Ear ache

Alicia finally got her ears pierced today. Here is what she had to say about it:

She took the ear rings and then she put them in this gun and then she put it next to my ear and then she went PANG! and the earring went into my ear.

Then she did it to the other ear. I was getting ready for it.... it hurt a little and my ears felt very warm and heavy.

Tada... I like them!

Alicia 11

Another year (WTF?) has gone and Alicia turned 11 on Feb 18. Insane. Birthday started with being woken up by a bunch of singing lunatics, then birthday mat with pressies, followed by princess cake for breakfast. She got a ripstik and is now outside practising most days. She's good. I'm absolutely shite.
