Junior 6 months

Wow, where the hell did all those months go? Little man is already 6 months and has started to stand up on all fours... need to get some plugs for the power outlets and start putting stuff up high again. Oh and constantly search his mouth for little lego pieces and flies and spiders as they for some reason appear quite tasty for little babies. I swear to God, if we open up his head we would only find an enormous drool gland... this child looses 55,000 litres of fluid every day! Actually, might not be a bad thing once he starts crawling... he'll be my personal floor cleaner with all that dribble...

Hot day... again..!

Bloody weather is driving this Scandinavian family insane.... so today we spent it in the little kiddy pool in the backyard, awesome! Should have put one up ages ago but i guess im one of the slackest people out there. Anyway, it was nice nice nice and I'm contemplating sleeping in it tonight...

Kids at the open

Yeah believe it or not, I dared to bring 4 kids on my own to the tennis to watch Robin Soderling play... I just HAD to!!! They were absolutely wonderful, sat like angels for 3 hours. I cannot believe it. Had the best time! Well, except for him loosing to an unseeded Spanish dude... that sux!

Australian Open

We went to the Australian Open yesterday to watch Sofia Arvidsson's first qualifying match. It was great fun, especially when she won. Junior had fun too, didn't care too much about either the ball bouncing back and forth on the court, nor the screaming mother and her Swedish friends, but preferred to lay in the shade munching on his dummy.

Too hot!

Yesterday we had +43 degrees and when we got out of bed this morning it was still 32... so another 40+ day today and I can't wait for the promised cool change to come around tonight.

Junior really does not like this temperature and only had cat naps yesterday, it's hard on babies in this heat hence not sleeping well at all and we were up most of the night... TIRED!

Fire warnings all over the state so hopefully all will be safe. Glad we're close to water!

Food is yuk!!!

Still hates food, but his mother is ever so persistent. So far he has not swallowed a single mouthful but some day he must... so shame on giving up!

Sibings together again!

Alicia James and Alex are back home after a week with their dad and Junior was absolutely delighted to see them again. Not as delighted as myself obviously... House is again full of noise and fights and love - would't have it any other way!

Outing

We managed to get out of the house one day out of the seven we had together... i guess we could blame dan being sick but it's prolly more likely due to the wii... here are a few pics from that day, dont have anymore to say.
